I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Agricultural and Applied Economics at Texas Tech University and a Research Assistant at the Free Market Institute. Before starting my doctoral program, I graduated in economics from Loyola University New Orleans with minors in accounting and math.
My research interests include development (international and regional), entrepreneurial economics, the economics of reform, and constitutional political economy.
I am originally from Cut Off, Louisiana—a small town southeast of New Orleans. I now live in Lubbock, Texas, with my life partner, Fallon. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports (Who Dat!), playing tennis, and traveling.
